CONDITIONS
BOOKING & PAYMENT
The booking confirmation confirms your reservation at Hotel Blomme’s Place. The booking confirmation will be sent by email, and the hotel will use email as the communication channel unless otherwise agreed. If the booking confirmation needs to be sent by regular mail, a fee will be applied. Special arrangements must be stated in the booking confirmation to be valid.

Payment for the stay must be made immediately upon booking. The booking becomes binding 24 hours after payment. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of payment, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The customer is not exempt from full payment even if prevented from using the stay due to force majeure events or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., war, strike, natural disasters, epidemics, border closures, government quarantine, curfews, radioactive fallout, cancellations, and similar events or circumstances). See the cancellation terms for further details.

If the customer is under 18 years old, they are obligated to contact the hotel before making a reservation. The hotel reserves the right not to sell accommodation to a person under 18 years old traveling without adult companions.
CHILDREN & PETS
The hotel does not accept children aged 0-12. Children aged 13 and above may stay at the hotel only with one or both parents.

Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO STAY
For stays booked directly on the hotel's website or through direct contact with the hotel, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival can be made with a cancellation fee of DKK 500.
• Cancellation 11-20 days before arrival can be made with payment of 50% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation 0-10 days before arrival is not possible.

It is always possible to change the stay to another time within the current year's opening period. If changed to a cheaper period or a shorter stay within 0-10 days before arrival, the excess amount will not be refunded.
For stays booked via Booking.com, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation is possible up to 42 days before arrival. After that, cancellation and refund are unfortunately not possible.
For stays booked through another agent or portal, the terms specified in the cancellation policy of that agent or portal apply.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
As a customer, you are fully responsible for the accommodation and all its contents, as well as taking good care of both the accommodation and furnishings to the best of your ability. Failure to fulfill this agreed-upon responsibility is considered a breach of contract and will result in the immediate termination of the agreement without further compensation for the customer.

The price of the stay does not cover sickness or cancellation insurance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary insurance in case of illness.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be submitted to the hotel within a reasonable time after the discovery of the error/deficiency so that the hotel has the opportunity to remedy the situation. Complaints made after departing the hotel cannot lead to a reduction in price.
