Here you can read how we register, process and store your personal information. Our goal is to protect our visitors' personal information, regardless of how they are collected, disclosed or stored.
PERSONAL DATA RESPONSIBILITY
Hotel Blomme’s Place / Places ApS has personal data responsibility. The protection of your personal information is important to us. The protection is also governed by the Personal Data Act, which is superseded by the General Data Protection Regulation (DGPR) on May 25, 2018. WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS REGISTERED WITH US
Personal data is understood as information that can be used to identify a person.
Places ApS register, process and store your and your travel party members’ personal information, disclosed to us (directly or with your consent via an agent or portal), ie: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, data generated as a result of your business with us is also stored, i.e. order history and payment information. Our employees have access to this information to best serve you when you contact us.
If you choose to pay by debit or credit card via our website, then the information will not be stored in our system, but will only be processed by our partner Quickpay, which handles credit card payments. Quickpay is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standard, which secures the information against abuse.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We register your personal information in order to communicate with you in relation to your holiday, ie. before, during and after your stay, as well as being able to settle practical aspects of the stay, i.e. key delivery. You only receive newsletters from us if you have actively accepted this by signing up for the newsletter.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not disclose our guests’ personal data to other companies or authorities, unless you ask us to.
STORAGE AND SAFETY
We keep your information in our IT system, which is protected and hosted by a professional hosting company, which provides a high degree of security when it comes to protecting data from unauthorised access. Our website is encrypted and security certified. Your personal information will be deleted automatically 5 years after the last activity. We keep your personal information in order to ensure ease when rebooking and access to your booking history. You may, at any time, after your end of stay, ask us to delete your personal information. When you have subscribed to our newsletter we save your contact details until further notice. You can at any time, either by a new link in the newsletter or by contacting us on the address above, unsubscribe and have all of you details deleted.
USE OF COOKIES
When you use our website, we make use of cookies on your computer's hard drive, so your computer remembers your choices. A cookie is a data file that contains
technical information. It can not infect your computer with a virus and does not occupy any significant amount of space on the computer.
YOUR RIGHTS TO INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
You are entitled at any time to request to review the information we hold about you. You also have the right to have the information updated or deleted. If you wish to make use of this right, you just need to contact us. You may appeal to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are unhappy with the way we handle your personal data.
