At Blomme's, we care greatly about offering our guests a healthy and nutritious start to the day, so you can take on a full day of activities and experiences on the island.
Blomme's Place offers a good breakfast buffet, all freshly cooked. Breakfast is adapted to you and your wishes, and in order to minimise food waste, we only serve small portions at the time, ensuring the food is always fresh. Our bread is home-baked and the ingredients are, as far as possible, both organic and local.
We have ensured that there are also options for those with gluten and lactose allergies, as well as those who eat vegan. Please let us know ahead of arrival, if you have any such wishes.

Ord er a lunchbox, if you are going on a hiking or cycling tour. The box contains a sandwich, fruit, snack and a juice, so that you can get thtough the physical activities of the day. You will get the food in a small cooler to ensure the food stays fresh and cold. The cooler is easily kept in a bag after use. The lunch box must be ordered the day before.
During the day we serve various paninis (hot sandwiches), home made style. Ideal for lunck or a snack.

Every day at 5 o'lock we roll out the mobile bar and serve cocktails, wine, beer and softdrinks. All guests are welcome to join the 5- clock host and other guests for a chat, an exchange of holiday tips and sometimes a good piece of advice from a local. The 5 olock meeting is from 5 to 7 pm.
During the 5 o'clock meeting we serve Blomme's Plates: hote, homemade bar dishes. The menu changes with the mood of the chef, but there are always vegetarian and non-vegetarian alternatives to choose between. Blomme's Plates must be pre-ordered on the same day before 4 pm, if possible.

There are several excellemt places to eat on Bornholm, including here in Snogebæk which is within walking distance of Blomme's Place. Of course, we can also guide you to other great eateries.

Our guests deserve a proper cup of coffee or quality tea. At Blomme's Place, we do not believe that instant coffee and good old Medova tea are good enough for our guests. Instead, quality coffee and tea are free for all our guests. Drinks can be picked up in the restaurant throughout the day, as many times as you like. Both tea and coffee are ecological.

Our Honesty Bar offers drinks such as juice, soft drinks, beer and wine. The bar is open from morning to evening, so you can always find refreshment. In our café, we make sure it is always possible to buy snacks or something sweet.
On Bornholm, we trust each other. Therefore the idea is that you serve yourself, write your purchase on a note, and settle your bill before departure.
